My name is Lada, and this is my little food blog. I like to cook, take pictures, learn new things, and travel places.
I was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand and I have been working in a banking industry for fourteen years. Now I have been living in Pennsylvania.
My whole family is an excellent in cooking, especially my beloved grandmother who was inspired me to become a better person and a better chef. I was always her sous chef when she was in the kitchen cooking all fantastic Thai food.
In the kitchen, I am a food enthusiast who like to explore any kind of food. I adore Thai cuisine but cook less spicy and prefer everything in moderation. I also love desserts, especially salted dark chocolate and cheesecake. The easy no-bake blueberry cheesecake is one of my favorites and has been served my family and friends in Bangkok for years.
